Playground rules
Basic rules for using the tennis court, volleyball court and sauna
  • Amount of people
    We understand that people can come and not play, and just watch, but we clearly define the maximum number of people for each activity (see prices), so if you want you can take extra people, but for an additional fee
  • Reservations for selected activities
    If you book one of the areas, you can use ONLY the selected area, please do not use the other, if you wish you can book the whole area or make an additional reservation. Showers, toilets, changing room, parking and terrace are available for shared access.
  • General rules
    Please park without forcing other cars, as well as out and in. Please do not leave children and pets unattended. Take care of the property of the complex and keep the area of the playground clean and orderly. Do not forget your belongings, we are not responsible for lost items.
  • Tennis court
    After the expiration of the reservation time players must vacate the court for the next players, the increase in playing time over 10 minutes is equal to the price for 60 minutes. It is forbidden to strike with a racket or other objects on the surface of the court. After the game you can clean the surface with a special brush, which is located on the court, we and the following players will be very grateful. It is forbidden to eat and drink sugary and carbonated beverages on the court. It is not allowed to enter the court with dogs and other animals.
  • Volleyball court
    When armor time expires, players must vacate the court for the next players, the increase in playing time over 10 minutes is the same as the price for 60 minutes. Exit and enter the sand is allowed only through the left wooden bridge. When using the court and court together, it is not allowed to leave the court in sneakers through the sand, you must exit through the same wooden bridge. It is forbidden to eat and drink sugary and carbonated drinks on the sand. Dogs and other animals are not allowed to enter the sand. The sand playground is ONLY for sports activities, please do not shovel sand, dig holes, etc.
  • Sauna
    Before entering the sauna it is advisable to take a shower to clean your skin and remove your personal hygiene products.

    You must use your own towel in the sauna and take off your shoes before entering the sauna.

    Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vape machines, is absolutely prohibited in the sauna. Smoking can create a fire hazard and can impair the health of other visitors.

    The maximum number of people at a time is 4 people.

    Handle equipment carefully and with care. Do not damage the furniture, sauna, temperature and lighting controls.

    Pour water carefully onto the stones to prevent burns.
